Space has always been a big challenge for Kerala as it is one of the smallest states. Flats have solved this problem to an extend. Apartments are good as they ensure proper maintainance and security. Whatever be the reason, people of Kerala have wholeheartedly approved flat culture. Kochi has transformed in to a city of flats leaving behind individual house trend. Price range for individual houses are also very high when compared to apartments.
